Plain Glass


We can supply plain glass for windows, greenhouses, picture frames etc. Advice will always be given to the type required.Please always remember, use safety glass in danger areas, see are safety glass section.

Under current legislation safety glass must be used in all danger areas such as doors and sidelights. Low level glazing (below 900mm – waist level) requires safety glass to be fitted.

Safety Glass

What type of safety glass can we supply? Laminated glass can be supplied from stock. Toughened Glass is to order, normally about 5-7days. Toughened glass is about 5 times stronger than normal window glass . Shelves and tables can be made in toughened glass, this is always advisable.
Please remember Safety comes first.

Glass Cutting


Sheerwater Glass can supply you with glass cut to size. What ever you need, from a piece of picture glass to a plate glass table top.

Please remember the glazing code, safety glass must be used for doors and low level glazed areas.

Laminated glass this can be cut to size from stock or Toughened glass, this has to be ordered..
We can drill, polish and bevel all types of glass.
Double glazed sealed units can also be supplied to order.
