Update 12/06/2020 **COVID-19**

We are now offering showroom viewings by appointment only, the glass shop is also able to offer a call and collect service during office hours. Finally, we are now completing work in homes following government guidance:

Update 24/04/2020 **COVID-19**

In line with government directives our Showroom and Glass Shop will remain closed to the pubic, however, with effect from Friday 24th April our phone lines will be open from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday to enable us to quote for works in line with our COVID-19 operating procedures.

We are also now offering a contactless delivery service for cut glass and glazing products.

Update 14/04/2020 **COVID-19 Temporary Closure**

Due to ongoing Government Advice in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have taken the difficult, but responsible decision to remain closed.

We are still delighted to take enquiries via our contact forms or email via info@sheerwaterglass.co.uk .

We would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding and look forward to getting back to completing installations and welcoming you back to our showroom again very soon

Update 24/03/2020 **COVID-19 Temporary Closure**

Following The Prime Minister’s announcement on the 23rd March 2020; Sheerwater Glass has taken the difficult, but responsible decision to suspend trading for the recommended 3 week period, in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Having been trading continuously for 48 years, the temporary closure of our business is distressing for us and we apologise for any and all inconvenience caused.  We have contacted everyone with an outstanding order and/or booked appointments to postpone them.  Furthermore, our phone lines will be closed during this period.

If you need to inform us of a service request can you please complete our online form here – https://www.sheerwaterglass.co.uk/warranty-service-request/ and this will be processed in the normal manner once we reopen.

Although most of our team will be furloughed during this period, including the Glass, Glazing and Small works department, we will be still able to send out new and replacement window quotations remotely.  If you wish to make a sales inquiry please complete our inquiry form here – https://www.sheerwaterglass.co.uk/get-a-quote/ and a member of the team working from home will be in touch to provide remote assistance.
