Solidor Entrance Door: Weybridge

15th Oct 2018

The Project

Our client moved into this gorgeous, traditional cottage in Weybridge, Surrey about six months ago. They loved the character of the cottage, and although it required some minor work, they decided it was worth the time and effort.

Something that they needed to do was to replace the front and back door of their cottage.

How we helped

As with every client, it was vital to find out exactly what it was they wanted. Having heard about the property, we assumed that they would want to retain the beautiful character of the cottage, to which they confirmed this was the case. The aesthetics of the door needed to be sleek with a nod to tradition, whilst the engineering and efficiency of the door needed to be modern. We knew instantly which kind of door would perfectly suit… Solidor!

The client looked through our options and chose their beautiful black Solidor entrance door to replace the original timber door. They also added reflection glass from our Traditional Collection.

With the front of the cottage sorted, it was time to head to the back. They previously had a yellow wooden back door that didn’t lock (which thankfully does now!). It was fitted with a large dog flap too. We replaced it with a fresh looking white Slimline uPVC door, ensuring the house was fully secure and insulated.

What the client said

We had already done some work for our clients at their previous property in Woking. They said that they: “couldn’t fault the service or products that they had received; from beginning to end, the experience has been great!
