Q: Do you measure and fit glass splashbacks?

Because we know that not everyone is a DIY expert, we provide a measure, supply and fit service whereby one of our experienced fitters will come to your home to install your new glass splashbacks to the highest possible standard.

Q: Can I fit glass splashbacks myself?

Yes you can, and fitting a single glass splashback is easy. However, if multiple glass splashbacks need to be measured to fit together, you may run into difficulties. Unless you are competent in DIY, it makes sense to use our supply, measure and fit service.

Q: Does the wall need to be in good condition?

In order to install glass splashbacks effectively, the wall should be free of bows, twists or raised areas that are over 2-3mm. Adhesive can be used to raise uneven areas that are less than 2-3mm deep. It’s also a good idea to sand down any sharp areas.

Q: Are painted glass splashbacks heat resistant?

Yes. Because we know that many of our splashbacks are installed behind hobs, they come with a heat resistant coating that won’t crack even under intense heat.
