Glass manufacturing is heavily energy dependent, so our costs move with energy prices. Rather than pad every quotation against a rise that may not happen, we quote the real number on the day. If it lapses, come back whenever you are ready and we will requote free of charge.
You want a period or heritage look done properly. Timber suits conservation areas and listed buildings in a way uPVC and aluminium cannot match.
You want it built to your opening, not chosen from a size chart. Every frame is measured and made for your window, in a style and finish to match your home.
You want warmth without losing character. Timber has always been a strong natural insulator, and a well built frame keeps that performance for decades.
You want security that does not look like security. Reinforced frames, internal beading and multipoint locking systems sit behind a traditional appearance.
Every timber window can be specified to PAS 24, the enhanced security standard that Building Regulations require on new homes. It means the window has been physically attacked under test conditions and held. Tell your surveyor if security is a priority for you and we will specify accordingly.
Proudly serving Surrey since 1972, we’re a family-run glazing company offering quality windows, doors, conservatories, and bespoke glass solutions. Timber Casement and Timber Flush Casement windows share the same materials and performance, and differ only in how the sash sits in the frame.
| Timber Casement | Timber Flush Casement | |
|---|---|---|
| How it opens | Outward, on hinges at either side | Outward, on hinges at either side |
| Sash position | Protrudes from the frame | Sits flush within the frame when closed |
| Look | Traditional, defined sash lines | Streamlined, flat appearance |
| Best suited to | Most period and traditional properties | Properties aiming for a neater, more contemporary heritage look |
