Our uPVC Stable Doors are more than just aesthetically pleasing; they represent quality craftsmanship. Each of our uPVC Stable Doors features a 48mm thick solid timber core, supported by a steel-reinforced frame, security hinges, and toughened glass. They’re 10% thicker than most of the alternatives available in the market.

Energy Efficiency

Our uPVC Stable Doors are thermally insulated in compliance with BS EN ISO 10077-2: 2003. The large outer frame attains a U-value of 1.8 W/m²K or better, indicating excellent thermal performance.

Frames

Our uPVC Stable Doors come with the option of a traditional sculptured frame or a modern chamfered stable door frame, both of which are manufactured from lead-free materials.

  • 68mm standard outer-frame.
  • 36mm, 46mm, 58mm, 68mm low uPVC threshold.
  • Available fully featured or bevelled.
  • Fully welded or mechanically jointed transoms/midrails.
  • Choice of aluminium low thresholds – 15mm high and 24mm high for access ramps.
  • Weatherseals – High-performance gaskets supplied in the main frame.

Some of our stable door slabs feature a 44mm glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), PVC-Polycarbonate or steel skin. These coatings are available in a broad range of traditional, modern, and contemporary designs and colours, including a comprehensive selection of natural wood and solid colour foils.
