The Project: uPVC Double & Triple Glazed Windows and Red Composite Front Door

Claygate is an affluent suburban village in Surrey, 14 miles southwest of central London, in the borough of Elmbridge. Adjoining Esher and Hinchley Wood to the west and north respectively, and bordered by green belt land to the south and east.

Claygate has five pubs: one of the annual village traditions is a Boxing Day tour of these by Morris dancers.

Our clients have just moved into their property, which is a lovely and very wide bungalow. Originally fitted with a mix of pvc and metal windows, neither of which were doing a very good job any more. And an old front door.

What were the fitters like:

Lovely guys – very accommodating. Moved from room to room in an order that we wanted, to minimise disruption.

What were the old windows and front door like:

Old windows were very old metal framed and had a considerable amount of condensation.
The front door was white old pvc and really showing its age.

How they found us:

We were going to use you on our previous property but there was a lot of building work to be done as well.

But we always like to use local businesses and as we have just moved to this new house we called you and you were as competitive as two very well known named companies. Nic was especially helpful.

How will it change your living:

We will have no more condensation and warmth especially with the triple glazed windows at the rear of the house, which is colder and also security with our lovely new red composite front door!
