Replacing timber fascias, soffit and claddings for over 25 years
Expertly installed by Sheerwater Glass
Sheerwater Glass have been replacing timber fascias, soffit and claddings for over 25 years. We insist on using branded uPVC materials and will not compromise on the quality of the plastics which are used. The boards are constructed from the highest quality uPVC, making them trouble and maintenance free.
Prior to fixing the new boards, we will remove the existing timber barge board and soffits, checking for any signs of rafter end rot. Should any be discovered, we will apply a preservative treatment before securing the new boarding in place and in the event of a timber being structurally unsound, we will cut it out and replace it for a new pre-treated timber.
We always install a new damp proof membrane under the existing roofing felt which passes directly over the fascia and into the gutter, this ensures that the protection of the rafters from damp.
- We insist on only branded uPVC materials for maximum quality
- Fascia, soffit and cladding board installations covered by 10 year warranty
- Expertly installed with a finish that suits your property’s character
