The same window tilts inward at the top for a bit of air, or swings fully open on side hinges to clean the glass. One handle, two ways to open it, and you choose which suits the moment.
A tilt restrictor holds it at the vent position. Multipoint locking secures it shut in several places rather than just at the handle, with hardware certified to PAS 24. Seals run right around the frame, and double glazing with a low E inner pane comes as standard. Available in «uPVC and timber», in a wide range of colours and finishes.

Each window possesses co-extruded bubble weather seals to ensure its performance meets the requirements of BS 6375-1.
Hardware
Each window is fitted with high-security hardware which meets the requirements of PAS 24 and BS 7412.
You will have a range of hardware to choose from. One of which is to locking or non-locking handles, available in a range of finishes.
