This guarantee sets out the cover provided on products supplied by Roseview Windows.

Items manufactured by Roseview are covered for 10 years against faults caused by defective materials or workmanship. Components supplied but not manufactured by Roseview, such as glass, balances, and hardware, are covered under the original manufacturer’s guarantee.

Damage must be reported before installation, as post-installation damage is not covered.

The guarantee applies to Roseview’s direct customer only and does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, incorrect sizing, condensation, or environmental factors.

VELUX GGL Maintenance

Most roof windows and glazing units are covered for 10 years, while blinds, motors, electrical components, and accessories carry guarantees of between 2 and 5 years, depending on the product. In some cases, extended cover is available through registration.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, normal wear, environmental conditions, condensation, or unauthorised repairs.

If a claim is accepted, VELUX may repair, replace, or refund the product in line with the terms of the guarantee.

Whiteline PVC Coating Guarantee - Midline

This guarantee covers the coating applied to approved PVCu substrates.

Adhesion is guaranteed for 10 years, with all other coating properties covered for 5 years from the date the finished product leaves the factory. The coating is guaranteed to maintain its specified gloss level and weather resistance within recognised standards, with any gloss reduction occurring evenly across the surface.

The guarantee does not cover touch-up areas, product alterations, mechanical damage, extreme weather conditions beyond normal exposure, substrate failure, expansion or contraction caused by colour choice, vandalism, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Liability is limited to replacement of the product only and does not extend the original guarantee period. Claims must be made in writing within 14 days of the defect appearing.

WL Maintenance & Operations - Midline
